L.L.C based in North Carolina, NC currently only ships domestically within the USA. For all orders please be advised that 3-5 business days are needed to craft soaps and place for shipment. You will be notified immediately if your order is delayed and updated on the next closest available expectant delivery date. If for any reasoning your shipment is never received, please notify us by chat, email Brattybaby@Gmail.com or text 704-712-1493.If this claim is determined an error due to any negligence that our business Bratty Baby L.L.C is personally liable for a full refund will be issued within 2-4weeks (Time may vary dependent on payment processing time, your banking institution and payment amount. NO SHIPPING RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. If there is any damage to the outside of your packaging order, all-third-party shipping services such as UPS, FedEx and so on are legally liable for damages as such. If you experience damage to the inside of your order due to improper packaging (wrapping paper, foam, bubble wrap etc.) please contact our team to provide a picture of damaged goods and receipt to receive a full refund.
